I think that it would really be difficult for kids to conform to an exercise
routine unless it is integrated in the course of play. I think that its about
time for parents to encourage kids to go engage in outdoor activities and not
just stick around TV, the PC or with their play station. Now if you're dealing
with an obese or overweight kid, I think that switching to a nutritious (but
still delicious) meals, proper supplementation and increased physical activity
will help shed off the unhealthy pounds. I've even heard of an herbal supplement
formula for slimming that is formulated specially for kids and designed to
supplement weight loss programs.
