What do you do to eat healthier? |

Do you have a favorite healthy food or recipe? Do you cut things out of your diet? Do you bake instead of frying ? Sometimes substituting a not so healthy food with a good one can really work. There is so much variety out there. Take yogurt for example, you can get it in regular, low fat or fat free. Some of the fat free and low sugar brands taste pretty darn good. The companies that make them have really been trying hard. Look at the labels and try a few different healthier choices of your favorite food items. A little step hear and there gets you a long way towards your health.
